Is Compliantly a substitute for an external certification audit?▾
No. Certification still requires an accredited external audit body to assess your QMS. Compliantly gives you the documentation, registers, evidence trail, and audit-readiness map so when the auditor arrives, your system is audit-defensible.
What happens after the 14-day trial ends?▾
Your workspace becomes read-only: everything you set up stays in place and can be viewed, but you can't add or edit records, and downloads stay locked, until you pick a plan. No card was required to start, so nothing is charged automatically.
Do you support standards beyond ISO 9001?▾
Today we focus on ISO 9001:2015 because that's where Australian SME demand sits. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are on the roadmap for years 2–3. The system is built to extend.
Where is my data stored?▾
Supabase Postgres on AWS, with our default region in Australia. TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Daily encrypted backups retained 30 days. You own your data and can export to CSV any time.
