How does the 14-day trial work?▾

Sign up with no credit card. You get full feature access for 14 days. Document downloads and bulk exports are gated during the trial — everything else (AI suggestions, registers, all 8 documents, audit-readiness map) is available. At the end of the trial, pick a plan or your account becomes read-only until you do.

Are prices in AUD? What about GST?▾

Prices are in Australian dollars. Compliantly is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to your invoice and prices are not stated as GST-inclusive. If we register for GST in future (required once turnover reaches the A$75,000 threshold), pricing and invoices will be updated and existing subscribers will be notified before any change.

What's the annual discount?▾

Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Pay upfront for the year and lock in the lower price.

What counts as an AI call?▾

Any time you click ✨ Suggest in the app — generate a document, suggest party needs, classify customer feedback, generate audit checklist questions, parse a CV, etc. Background tasks (drift detection) don't count. Most users land at 50–200/month.

What happens if I exceed my AI cap?▾

We'll let you know in-app and offer to upgrade. Until you do, the AI buttons pause (the rest of the app keeps working). No surprise bills, no hidden overage fees.

Can I switch plans?▾

Yes — upgrade any time, with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans cancelled mid-period are refunded for the unused portion only where Australian Consumer Law requires it.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?▾

Yes — registered Australian charities and accredited education providers get 50% off any plan. Email hello@compliantly.com.au with proof of registration to set it up.

What about Enterprise (100+ employees)?▾

We support up to ~100 employees on the Business plan. Beyond that you likely need SSO, custom RBAC, and dedicated support — contact us at hello@compliantly.com.au and we'll work out a custom plan.

Can I cancel any time?▾

Yes. From your account page. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month. Annual plans stop at the end of the current year. Your data stays accessible (read-only) for 60 days after cancellation; export it any time.
